When two people on one bed roll to the middle inadvertently, it may be time for a new mattress. This was the case in my life about four years ago. Waking up with an aching back and never actually sleeping was becoming routine. My girlfriend and I researched a number of beds before finally making a decision. We narrowed it down to the final two options, the tempurpedic and the sleep number bed. Sleep number won by a nose. Ironically we were the same sleep number. This kind of goes against the whole point of a sleep number bed. This bed has its positives and negatives. We were misinformed about the warranty when we purchased it for over £1000 which only extends fully for two years. We have had the pump replaced in the past 4 years, which I don’t find impressive. However, I sleep soundly and comfortable and can’t find a bed that I find more inviting or comfortable. The ability to change the firmness of each side individually is great. Just keep your fingers crossed that whatever is going to break will break in the first two years!
